Our Rome adventure was full of lots of sights. Rome is full many of Italy's main attractions. We did a ton of walking while were we there. One day we bought a train pass and planned to use it and only used it once and ended up walking pretty much all of Rome. All I can say is that our feet were in some serious pain, not the best plan we ever made. Below are the highlight of our adventures.
A traditional legend of Trevi Fountain holds that if visitors throw a coin into the fountain, they are ensured a return to Rome. However we all made wishes, so we hope they come true. I think mine may have already come true. An estimated 3,000 Euros are thrown into the fountain each day. The money has been used to subsidize a supermarket for Rome's needy (how cool is that). However, there are regular attempts to steal coins from the fountain.
